What is the DELE?
The DELE or the Diploma Español como Lengua Extranjera certificate is a language certification to test your fluency and proficiency in the Spanish language. The DELE certificate is issued and recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sport of Spain. The purpose of the DELE is to demonstrate your ability to communicate in Spanish. It is recognized globally and is accepted as evidence of your proficiency in the Spanish language.
The DELE certification is divided into three levels:
– Diploma de Español (Nivel Inicial) Mid-Intermediate level
– Diploma de Español (Nivel Intermedio) High-intermediate level, and
– Diploma de Español (Nivel Superior) Superior level.
You can take any level you want. It is not necessary to attain a lower level to proceed to an advanced level.

Many universities in Spain require you to have Spanish language proficiency of at least the B2 level. It does not expire
Unlike the IELTS exam for English which expires in 2 years, the Spanish DELE certification has no expiry date. That means that once you attain the DELE certificate, you have it forever. You do not need to retake the exam every five or ten years. If you move to Spain or any other Spanish-speaking country in the future, you do not need to retake the DELE exam.

Online Super Tutors conducts online DELE classes in a synchronous learning format via Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom or Skype. Choose a platform of your preference and make sure you have a reliable internet connection for a smooth learning experience.
Our qualified instructors have experience teaching DELE.
