Online Super Tutors conducts online Hebrew classes for adults as well as Biblical Hebrew for KS3 and KS4 pupils, including those appearing for their GCSEs or A-levels. It is the oldest language that has been brought back to life
Hebrew is one of the oldest languages, going back thousands of years in origin. However, with the exile of Jews from Jerusalem, spoken Hebrew declined. After the Bar Kokhba revolt against the Romans in 132 AD, Hebrew was practically not spoken anymore. The Romans suppressed the revolt, which caused Jews to be scattered all over the world.
